Born on February 21, 1964 in Brussels, Belgium, Mr. Olivier Benoît devoted his life to the promotion of peace and international understanding as a distinguished diplomat.
From a young age, Olivier demonstrated a deep interest in world affairs and international relations. He excelled in his studies, earning a degree in political science at the University of Brussels. With his passion for cultural exchanges and dialogue between nations, he decided to devote himself to a diplomatic career.
His career began in the Belgian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, where he quickly rose through the ranks thanks to his keen intelligence, exemplary work ethic and ability to connect with people from diverse cultures.
Over the years, Olivier Benoît has become an architect of diplomacy, playing a key role in complex negotiations, whether in the field of disarmament, human rights or sustainable development.
